    On paper, the agreement is imminent. In ODA we have been strong believers, since May, that Black Sea supplies would need to find a way to the export markets. The non-believers were and are still claiming that Putin will use world food security as a negotiation weapon. Very soon we should gain the answer and prices are set for a massive rebound or continue to drop.
