The Middle East war, day 20. The Strait of Hormuz remains closed, and more energy facilities are being targeted. Crude oil prices are trading above $110 and continue to support Ag prices. Higher costs of production are also impacting planting intentions. It is not an Ag supply crisis. It is a fertiliser and energy crisis. As such, as soon as the Strait of Hormuz will be likely reopen, then prices will fall again. If it remains closed for longer, then prices will continue to climb. We will thus..
