The USDA report came with a major surprise: Canada, US, Argentina, and Australia should produce 14MT more wheat in 2024 and thus will fully compensate for the 15MT production drop in the EU & Black Sea. This will lead to more competition and more aggressive prices on the same export destinations. A more bearish picture for world wheat markets and for our domestic prices!
