European grain prices are now trading back to the post-war lows. By historic standards, prices remain elevated, but they look relatively low as they have lost €100/t since their 2022 peak! Farmers are getting worried as we now approach cost of production levels. We will review here why we believe farmers should not panic and why we remain confident that, in a bearish but uncertain market, they should find some better selling opportunities before harvest begins.
